Construction of this artical research vessel owned by the German Federal Republic began in early 2004. By delivery and take over in mid-2006 the following scope of work and services had been achieved:
Design and presentation of the interior concept, generating of design drawing, floor plans, views, catalogue of queries, assessment of biddings, contract placing for suppliers, supervision of subcontractors, inspection of costs and weight, compliance with the specifications of Germanische Lloyd and Panamax, See BG, Polar Code , management and supervision on site shipyard in Poland until delivery.
Design of interior for: scientists, crew, laboratories, utility and common rooms, storage rooms, hoist rooms, bridge deck, hoist gear control stand, machine control room.
